We hear this from families on the edge of making a decision:
“It just sounds too good to be true.”
The idea that you could find peace, even if your loved one doesn’t change…
That you could stop spinning and start sleeping again…
That you could learn to respond with calm instead of chaos…
It can feel like a fantasy — especially when you’ve tried everything and nothing has worked.
But here’s what we know after working with thousands of families:
💚 You’re not broken.
💚 You’re not crazy.
💚 And yes — real change is possible.
Not because we “fix” your loved one.
But because we teach you how to stop betraying yourself in the name of helping them.
Here’s your journaling prompt for this week:
💭 What if it’s not too good to be true?
💭 What would your life look and feel like if you had more clarity, calm, and confidence — even if nothing changed with them?
Write it out.
Visualize it.
And ask yourself:
➡️ What’s one step I can take to move toward that version of my life?
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
You just have to be willing to start.
You don’t have to do this alone anymore.
Oh, and…
I want to tell you about something big that I announced at last Thursday’s living room chat I had. It’s a longer story that I will share soon but in short—we are preparing to partner with a University to conduct a full study of our outcomes so we can publish a report. This data is impressive, and soon it won’t just be me saying it.
More to come on the study soon,
Kate
